L.E. Glazer

L.E. Glazer

In the selection and execution of photographs, L. E. Glazer searches out opportunities to create simple, objective images offering multiple interpretations to the viewer.

Subject matter is eclectic, with an attraction to the built forms and patterns rooted in his Architectural background. This training has also led him to structure his compositions to reflect a classical Vitruvian sense of repose. At the same time, the selection of images implies a deeper significance and reference to the greater context from which they were taken. While Glazer objectively records a moment in time, he provides the viewer with an opportunity for a greater subjective interpretation of the world they are part of.

It is this objective/subjective dichotomy that provides the richness and literary quality to Glazer’s work
